Mr. Mug sweet vermouth blends classic European technique with local NZ ingredients for a distinct Kiwi character. We source and grow what we can ourselves: mugwort, wormwood, rose geranium, figs, hops and more.
Sweetened with NZ honey and coloured with our house-made caramel in the traditional rosso style.
Tasting notes: Bittersweet and aromatic. Mugwort and wormwood lead with a firm bitter kick, followed by fruit and floral notes from figs, blackberries, chamomile and rose geranium, rounded with NZ honey.
Serving suggestion:
• Serve on its own with ice and a slice of orange.
